Iraq Vet Killed in Batavia

Over the weekend, 22-year-old Matthew Hebell of Batavia was killed when his car went out of control and hit a utility pole on Route 98. Hebell had recently returned from Iraq and had hopes of one day becoming a New York state trooper. He apparently was on his way to work at a local nursing home when the accident occurred.
