HTN: Teen's Body Identified

Buffalo police have identified the body found at a canoe launch on the Buffalo River Tuesday in the area of Ohio and South Streets. The body was identified as 15-year-old Kowat Rual of Buffalo. He was discovered nude, and autopsy reports indicate he died of strangulation and blunt force trauma. Rual was a student at Lafayette High School.
