Crash Blocks Thruway

A tractor-trailer accident on the New York State Thruway forced the closing of two Eastbound lanes for nearly two hours. The driver of the tractor-trailer, Laimis Juodzevicious was ticketed for unsafe speed. A Thruway worker was treated at ECMC and released.
