On-line Crime Reports Considered

Buffalo's top cop is now considering an Internet initiative that would give residents access to neighborhood crime data. H. McCarthy Gipson told the Common Council yesterday that he's now looking into CrimeReports.com; earlier he had implied that participation would be too time-consuming for a department he says is understaffed.
