One Injured, One Charged in ATV Crash
Early Sunday morning, a pair of ATV's collided on Eastwood Road in the Town of Marilla, and one man ended up in critical condition. Thirty-nine-year-old Charles Terwilliger was not wearing a helmet when the crash happened. The other ATV driver, 20-year-old Timothy Blizniak has been charged with driving while intoxicated.
