Project Starts on 700 Block of Main Street

Mayor Brown, Congressman Higgins, and Public Works Commisiioner Steve Stepniak were downtown this morning to kick off the reconstruction of Main Street's 700 block. The project will return two-way traffic to Main Street between Goodell and Tupper.
