Bucky Phillps Appeal Pending

"Bucky" Phillips' attorney will appeal his conviction for killing a state trooper during the largest manhunt in state history. Phillips claims he pleaded guilty because he got bad advice from a court-appointed lawyer. His current attorneys will ask for the convictions to be overturned so he can stand trial.
