Deadlock in Murder Trial
On the second day of deliberations, the jury came back deadlocked, a mistrial has been declared in the Robin Kalinowski case. The woman was being tried for the death of her sleeping husband in November of 2005. She claims the shooting was an accident as she was moving one of his hunting rifles off the bed in an unlit bedroom. The judge spoke with prosecution and defense to see when a new trial could be scheduled.
