Lackawanna Councilwoman Stiffs Court

A judge has issued a warrant against a Lackawanna councilwoman convicted of building code violations. Andrea Haxton had been found guilty of a number of violations at her property on Ridge Road. Neither her nor her attorney showed up for sentencing.
