Suspect Shot in Police Chase ID'd

Buffalo Police have identified the suspect shot by an officer during a chase Wednesday night as 20-year-old Lamont Williams. Williams was hit in the lower back, and is in serious condition at ECMC. Some neighbors questioned the shooting, but Commissioner Mac Gipson does not.
