Arrest in Hamburg Hit & Run

Hamburg Police have arrested an attorney from Orchard Park in connection with the hit-and-run accident that killed a 19-year-old Hilbert College student. 41-year-old John Duffy was charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident.
