Buffalo Place Could Take Over Harbor

Buffalo Place, which manages the downtown pedestrian mall, may soon take over the Erie Canal Harbor's day-to-day operations. Buffalo Place would provide security, maintenance, and dock operations, at a cost of one-point-seven-million dollars.
