Arrest in Lockport Stranger Case

Police in Lockport have charged 24-year old Daniel Bowser of Newfane with the attempted abduction of a ten-year-old girl who was on her way to John Pound Elementary School. Police say the man waved at the girl and when she waved back he stopped his car and tried to talk her into getting in. The incident was witnessed by a crossing guard.
