Teen Leads Cops on Car Chase

A wild early morning car chase led to a crash along Transit Road. A 17-year-old female driver led police from Clarence to Elma, ending up in a ditch in the Town of Elma about 2 a.m. At least one other vehicle was hit, and the unidentified youth was taken to ECMC for psychiatric evaluation and treatment of a superficial wound to her throat. She faces multiple charges including driving while substance-impaired.
