HTN: Buffalo High-Speed Rail Link?

Buffalo could link to Albany and New York City as part of President Obama's high-speed rail plan. The 430-mile Northern New England Corridor will run from Boston to Montreal through Albany. Potential stops on the route could receive part of the eight-billion dollars set aside to fund the nationwide transit project. Obama has asked for another five-billion over the next five years to further develop the projects.
