HTN: Lockport Earthquake is Minor

The U.S. Geological survey says a minor earthquake struck deep inside the Earth beneath Lockport Wednesday morning. The one-point-nine magnitude tremor was located more than a mile under the surface. Experts say anything less than a magnitude-three quake can't really be felt. Scientists say three tremors also hit southwest of Buffalo on Monday.
