HTN: Worst Drivers in Nation

New York has the worst drivers in the nation, at least when it comes to the rules of the road. That's according to G-MAC Insurance, which just released its fifth annual study of state driving test results. New York ranked dead last in the U.S. with an average score of 70-point-five percent. It's the second time in five years the state ranked at the very bottom.
