Fatal Clarence Accident

An accident on Main Street in Clarence shut down traffic at Sheridan Drive this morning, when a man drove his pickup truck into a pole near Shimmerville Road. James Sklener of Corfu was airlifted by Mercy Flight to ECMC, and was pronounced dead at the hospital. NYSEG crews worked to restore power to several homes and businesses who were left without power from the accident.
