Fatal Accident On Bailey Avenue

Police are awaiting autopsy results but they believe a fatal accident Sunday on Bailey and East Ferry where a car hit a building may have been caused by the driver having a heart attack. A passenger in the car was in critical condition last night at Erie County Medical Center.
