Arrest in Shooting of Wheelchair-Bound Man

A Buffalo man has pled not guilty in City Court on charges of shooting wheelchair-bound Jamal Watts on Sunday. Twenty-one-year-old Ronnie Austin is facing attempted murder charges. Austin's brother Jarmel is currently serving 25-years in prison for shooting the same man five years ago. That shooting left Watts paralyzed. Watts is currently undergoing treatment at Erie County Medical Center.
