McKinley Student Planning Suit

McKinley High School senior Jayvonna Kincannon attends a hearing today on her most recent suspension, after an incident at a charity basketball game last week. Kincannon has reportedly hired an attorney and taken the first steps to sue McKinley High School Principal Crystal Barton and Superintendent James Williams over her earlier suspension for using her cell phone in school. An investigation by the Board of Education found that the suspension was not properly handled.
