Hearing Into Kincannon's Second Suspension

A hearing was held yesterday regarding the second suspension given this year to McKinley High senior Jayvonna Kincannon. She suspended again last week after allegedly pushing a teacher at a charity basketball game. Kincannon's attorney is filing papers to sue the school district over the first suspension fou using a cell phone in school.
