Statler Gets New Owner

The Statler Towers on Delaware Avenue have a new ownership group. The Greystone Group has purchased then old hotel for some 3-point-8-million dollars from developer Bashar Issa. The new group plans on using union labor to renovate the building and turn parts of it back into a hotel. The group hopes to get backing from the Building Trades Council pension funds.
