Victims ID'd in Daytime Shootings

Buffalo Police have identified a 19-year-old shot to death Monday afternoon on the West Side. Omar Fraticelli-Lugo of West Avenue died at Buffalo General after he was shot in the chest on Busti Avenue just after 4 p.m. Monday, in an apparent drive-by shooting. 17-year-old Luis Medina of Seventh Street was also grazed, but his injuries were not considered life-threatening, police said.
