HTN: Governor's Layoffs Detailed

More details have been released on Governor Paterson's plan to cut the state workforce by nearly nine-thousand. Just over two-thousand positions would be eliminated from the Correctional Services Agency, over 14-hundred at the Office of Mental Retardation, and one-thousand-54 from Mental Health. Union leaders are condemning the layoffs.
