HTN: Urban Farm Debated in Buffalo

The president of the local chapter of Habitat for Humanity, Ronald Talboys, says he's willing to consider moving new housing to other sites so that two acres of vacant land on Wilson Street can be turned into an urban family farm. Mark and Janice Stevens of Buffalo have offered to buy the land from the city and plant on it.
