HTN: NYers Dislike New Budget

A new Quinnipiac poll shows 60-percent of New Yorkers disapprove of the 132-billion-dollar spending plan that includes a tax hike on the wealthy and increases numerous fees. Nearly two-thirds blame Governor Paterson and state lawmakers for failing to show political courage and make difficult decisions in the economic downturn.
